Spring Clips are the backbone to so many plating processes. PTS can design a clip to fit a certain part or make them to your own specification.

Column

Spring Material

Almost all clips are made from 301 Grade Stainless Steel. The temper can be adjusted based on the need but most are "full hard" for maximum material memory and spring-back. Thickness can range from 0.030-0.090

Any Shape

All of the clips PTS makes are cut from sheet on a waterjet table. The geometry is endless.

Large or Small Runs

PTS has the equipment to run large or small quantity orders.

Forming

We can bend our clips using manual benders or on brake presses. The bend radius and geometry will determine the method.
