Computer Aided Design

PTS uses Solidworks to build a design model of the rack and every part that's required to build it. It is a wonderful way to collaborate with customers on the exact design specifications and get a fast design approval.

Rack Specifications

PTS will confirm the rack design and layout. We will often schedule an onsite meeting or video conference to ensure we build the rack exactly to your specifications and needs. Sometimes the smallest of details make the rack more user friendly and efficient.

Manufacturing Technology

Just about anybody can build a rack but it takes skill and experience to build a good quality, long lasting plating rack. PTS has equipment to efficiently produce the rack components in a large or small quantity. Each part is exactly the same.

Plastisol Coating

Plastisol Coating is often the most overlooked part of fabricating a Plating Rack. Coating application and preparation are tightly controlled at PTS to deliver a consistent protective coating that will last as long as possible.
